PJ’s Winter Soft Open
Our soft opening serves as our students’ first practice round in a real restaurant environment. It allows them to experience live service, test their timing, and refine both front- and back-of-house operations before the student management teams take over. As a thank you for supporting our learning during this practice service, we’re offering a complimentary dessert to all guests that order an entree.
